Lived in Newport all her life. Brought up in Maindee with her mum and dad and 1 sister Janet.
Was married to my Dad John for almost 48 years and had 7 children (4 boys and 3 girls) raised very
well too by them both. She was a loving Nanna to 19 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and an
Aunty to many also.
Mum suffered with stomach cancer, which after 5 years being in remission, and devastatingly after
gruelling and intense chemo came back with a vengence and spread to her liver and she sadly passed
on. She loved her bingo and going away every year to Devon in a caravan with Dad and visiting
relatives there. Her last job, which she loved was a Mini Bus Escort for special needs children.
I love her so much and miss her so badly. I thank her for my childhood and all that she was to me,
my Mum, my best friend and was there always when I needed her. God Bless Mum

Please could you also remember my Nephew ~ Robert Ellender, who we sadly lost 6 months after my
Mum.
I would like to say a big thank you for everyones love and support to myself, my darling mother Val
